sean and i are excited to get home and cook up our own little mexican fiesta to celebrate cinco de mayo. tofu-beef tacos with chipolte sour cream, grilled corn on the cob, fresh guacamole, and ice cold beer. i'm also gonna put on nacho libre right when i get home to help get us in the fiesta mood. nachooooooo!

Mimi, Tara and I had a little Cinco celebrate at my hacienda with Salsas, Ritas and "The Reader" - funny note: We were trying to think of the movie "Thelma and Louise" and I said "Stella and Louise" which then lead to "Stella and Ruby" which then lead to the vision of them in bandana babushkas posed together...too many Ritas? xo Mom
