i can't get over how similiar the layout of this house is to ours - the entry room and fireplace, archway into the dining room, etc. makes me want to rearrange furniture and redecorate! kudos to melissa for the find, and she's never even been to our house - only seen pictures!

i use to rent cry baby every weekend when i was a little sarah.

i got to release a bald eagle!

friday i was invited to help the audubon society release a bald eagle at UNF! it was amazing to say the least. before she handed me the eagle she goes "when we take the helmet off he'll probably try to bite your face" umm ok? definitely a once in a lifetime experience i'll never forget!

i always want to clean out my house and throw everything away that i don't use on a daily basis, but then i'm reminded (usually by the selby) that the most creative and intruiging people live in houses like this. with tiny chairs to hold their toilet paper & carboard to frame their pictures.

update on the kitties!

came home and found all three kittens laying around the side of the house, but no sign of the injured mama - we'll keep a look out. neighbor behind us said he saw a guy pull up in a truck last week and dump all the cats in the empty lot next to us, can you believe some people!?! we brought the kitties into the porch and gave them some milk, but i'm deathly allergic to cats, our dog ruby would not calm down, they all had fleas, etc. luckily, our next door neighbors LOVE cats and have taken them in until they get bigger or find a good home. thank god for them! (also, it turned out to be the president of jama who i already knew, small world) it's a solution for now :)

if you or anyone you know wants a kitten, please let us know asap. they're all free to good homes!
